- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee.
- Recurring maintenance plans may be paused or canceled with written notice.
- Deposits for installation projects are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
7. Service Performance
Leon Landscaping LLC will perform all services in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Weather, soil conditions, plant availability and circumstances beyond our control may affect schedules. We will communicate any necessary adjustments promptly.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and design elements, is the property of Leon Landscaping LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
